Best cheap fun on Amazon
Got this for my kids, and it’s way more fun then I expected. I know you are thinking, cheaply made off brand nerf gun that may or may not shoot hard enough for the dart to go 5 feet. And you would be sorely mistaken, especially after getting shot by the 4 year old little girl you bought it for. These things shoot far and hit pretty hard. I suppose you can put a stronger spring and mod it to shoot harder, but there is no need. The mere threat of getting shot with these little foam darts immediately started solving arguments, getting chores done around the house, and respect has never been higher ever since my wife and I have been dual wielding these little puppies. I have to be honest, it’s a little harder taking showers or going to the bathroom without fear of ambush by the kids, this product will only strengthen their rebellious nature. You just never know when the next battle will take place. My suggestion is to take some cqb courses, pick up some hand to hand training. Maybe rewatch the action sequences of Jason Bourne or John wick disarming someone. Either way it’ll be a good time for not a whole lot of money. In all seriousness it is good cheap fun.

2 out of 4 work.
So my kiddo opened these and was so excited. They feel super good in your hand and look epically awesome. There a few instructions on the box. You can shoot only one dart at a time and you can store one in the gun. The directions say to put a a dart in the stock and then put the pump and then you can pull the Triger and fire. Easy right? Nope... two of the guns shot maybe 3 inches. We found that the darts would fly further if you loaded the dart after you pulled the pump, that way you could really get it in there. Then they would fly at least 4 feet away (only 2 out of the 4.) So they are good for "target practice," but they are foam darts so they do not fly straight. If you wanted to do a nerf war with them... * your dead buttercup.* it is like the Civil war all over again. Halt Reload.... no one waits for you to reload! The gun looks so awesome but as a mom with this gun, I got tired of dying because my gun was LAME!

Ok if used gently
My boys had been watching videos of "blaster" fights and really wanted to challenge each other. I found these and thought it was a good price so "why not?" Well... they were smaller and much more delicate than they looked. One gun broke immediately. It lost all pressure and the dart just fell out the end when fired. The other's worked ok but for two battle ready boys, they didn't last long - approx 1 week. I think these would be good for party favors - one day or for occasional use but they are not very rugged. If your kids want to use these regularly spend the extra money to buy and a more durable and reliable model.

They work
So these are some decent little guns.. but they were smaller than I expected and I was hoping my kid could work then but you have to pull back really hard and you have to keep your thumbs out of the way so it doesn't come back and pinch you when you pres the trigger. Which was also hard to squeeze on the green one.We had fun with them none of the less, but I just ordered my daughter a dart gun that she can use

easy to pull
My 5 year old and 7 year old g kids have a blast with these and they are able to pull the launch mechanism by them selves. The guns shoot pretty far and seem to have decent accuracy.
