Worth Its Weight in Lemons, Maple Syrup, Cayenne and Water
The Complete Master Cleanse offers down-to-earth guidance, background information, health tips and much more. For a good price, this book has it all in one place for the reader to use, as needed. Yes, you could locate all this information on the internet, or in a variety of health and wellness books. If you research The Master Cleanse on the internet, you'll locate a variety of sources all saying different things, in a myriad of manners, some great, some okay and some repugnant. However, if you have the book, it's all in one place and delivered in a non-assuming manner. I didn't feel that the author was grandstanding or talking from a pedestal; what a relief that was. I didn't have the feeling this was a "cure all" approach, just a way to be healthier, in a reasonable way.The Complete Master Cleanse will save you time, and keep you motivated to understand how to be healthy and the reasonable steps required. Mr. Woloshyn gives acknowledgment to his teacher, and the creator of the Lemonade Diet, Stanley Burroughs. You may also want to read about Mr. Burroughs' very interesting life, some of which resulted from his life-long pursue of helping people and promoting his diet as a means to cleanse ones system and regain energy and health. Mr. Burroughs was also an advocate of colored light therapy, deep massage, reflexology and other Nature Cure methods, which Tom Woloshyn includes in his book.I appreciated the clean, organized manner of writing, and editing. I found the broad-based approach to natural health information, physical, mental and spiritual well-being, reasonable not soap-boxy. I found this great little book worthwhile and ... no time-chewing here.

The Master Cleanse - I Am Doing It!
I studied this book for a couple of weeks before starting the Master Cleanse, aka The Lemonade Diet, myself. I am now on Day 5 and I am certain I will complete the process successfully. I am very glad to have read this wonderful, complete resource before beginning. It has answered all my questions and all the potential issues that may arise and has given me a great desire to see it through. I attribute my ability to stay on the cleanse for at least 10 days (and perhaps I will go for 20!) to a complete preparation beforehand, which also includes Peter Glickman's book on the cleanse and Stanley Burrough's original book.I highly recommend doing this cleanse. I used to feel so tired all the time, sluggish and heavy and worn out every day, but once I got to Day 3 of my Lemonade Diet, I no longer desperately wanted to crash in the afternoons and I have so much more clarity and energy and can easily work and focus and enjoy life the entire day from early morning to late at night!!!

Pretty good. I have exercised consistently through out the ...
I am on the 10th night of the cleanse. Now I can wean myself off by drinking orange juice tomorrow and then soup and then get back to foods. My weight went from 207 the night before the first day and is now around 194. Pretty good. I have exercised consistently through out the 10 days. The laxative part wasn't too bad. I have a lemon tree at home so that was convenient. I like the taste of the mix. BTW, I made 8 servings in the am and took the ingredients with me all day so I could make the juice on the go. That was great!I am so ready to eat again. This took a lot of commitment and effort but was worth it. Will I gain the weight back again quickly? I dunno, but if I can change a few things with my diet, then I'll be in good shape. Otherwise, I'll eat how I eat and maybe do the cleanse once a year before summer.I included a couple of pics of my set up.Good luck! You can do it!Philly G

Great Information
Great information regarding the Lemonade Diet. Answers a lot of questions that a person may have. But this diet needs to be followed precisely in order to have the proper detox effect. I recommend thouroughly researching this or any other detox prior to beginning a program. And be prepared mentally, especially if you're doing this purely for weight-loss purposes(which isn't the right reason). For a person who is used to and enjoys food, it's going to be hard to give up food for 10 days, cold-turkey. But as a detox, this is an effective program.I recommend reading Stanley Burroughs' book, The Master Cleanser and Peter Glickman's book, Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days, Second Edition. This way, you'll get a very thourough understanding of the program and have multiple sources to refer to during the detox. After months of healthy eating and exercise, I wasn't losing any weight. And I was seriously devoted. I decided to try this and then continue what I had been doing. I lost some weight during detox. Afterwards, my weight stayed the same while I adjusted to a normal diet, then I continued to lose weight after a few weeks. I guess detox is what my body needed to shed some fat.
