I've been using this product for a couple of weeks now and I have to say it's fantastic. If you have a sedentary job (I'm an accountant) this machine is absolutely perfect for keeping the blood flowing and burning some calories. I'd say this is a fantastic alternative to a walking desk, I've tried a walking desk and find it quite hard to type accurately while using one, I'm currently pedaling away on my Cubii while writing this review and having no issues at all. I've lost a couple of pounds over these couple of weeks as well so very happy! I did have a minor issue with my first product where there was a slight knocking sound while pedaling, not that loud and it would have been ignorable for many but as I'm using the product in an office with other people I needed it to be a silent as possible (as advertised). I contacted Cubii who responded in minutes and after sharing a video of the issue with them they immediately sent me out a replacement, the replacement is almost completely silent so I'm sure it's just a one off issue. Great product and great customer service! Cannot fault them at all.

Enclosed paperwork missing any means of getting the extended guarantee. To this day it’s impossible to locate a UK address for contact. Apart from that it’s so far great to use. I hope & pray I don’t find a problem otherwise who do I contact????

I bought this to replace one of my old Cubii GO's which has broken. This feels a lot flimsier , doesn't hold my chair in place, has noticeably lower resistance and what I can only describe as a shorter jerkier less comfortable pedal action. It feels like this version was just an exercise in cost cutting I'll see how long it lasts.

This has been one of my most favorite Amazon purchases of 2025 so far! The portability factor was a big selling point for me so I can easily move it from one room to another and don't feel "deterred" by having to lift it around when I wanna use it. I sit around a lot throughout the day and it makes a huge difference when I'm using my Cubii. It's so easy to just mindlessly pedal while you're sitting down relaxing, watching TV, scrolling on your phone or browsing on your laptop. Definitely feels better than not having any movement while you're sitting for hours, helping prevent discomfort and cramps. Operation is very smooth and quiet also!

I use it all the time when sitting at my desk using the computer. Without realising it, and after just slow pedaling for a couple of hours it makes a huge difference. After several months now my legs are so strong I feel great. One of the best things I've bought.
