I did some searching on how to use this product. Best if you use your finger on glass tube while on and start on lowest setting (This will ground electricity and prevent shock) Cover tip with a piece of gauze it will glide more easily. As far as results we will see after a few months of use as I have just received and used 3 times.But that said I think it is a promising product benefiting age related wrinkles.Update: the comb fell out of the handle and broke, I have been trying to get a replacement but no response from customer service.

I love the glow after using this. As far as the fine lines aspect...eh. I do enjoy the glow and skin feels soft!

I received the wand without good assemble. I used it only few times because the defect. I contact them via email, and Kelly sent me not only the wand but also the glasses. I am so happy

No wonder people are apprehensive about using this, there's not proper concise information in the instructions. You have a at home device like this, you need to make sure it's understandable in what language you're putting it into. This thing looks frightening enough without the half done explanation for everything. You literally have to go through YouTube to find someone to help.I haven't used it yet because I'm still trying to watch a few people before I even attempt to.3 stars for the incompetent instructions alone.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve used this a couple of times now so I can’t tell for certain the efficacy of it yet. The 5 stars are in regards to the quality of the product and the ease of use. The best directions for understanding how to use each wand are on the product page description when you go to buy the product.I got this primary to see if it would help my hair start growing back and it will take some time to tell. I used the comb wand first on my scalp. To be honest being new at this I was sort of afraid right away but it doesn’t hurt, a little stinging which increases when you turn it up. I did notice a smell that was subtle and I can’t really describe when I was using. I also tasted metal in my mouth. The comb didn’t really stay in place but I think you are supposed to use it lightly.As for the other attachments I tried each one out all over my face, focusing on my under eyes as they need to most work. It was easy to use and I preferred the mushroom attachment for this action.I used the Y for my neck and focused on that next as I’m hoping to form that area up a bit. It was easy to use.The attachments are easy to switch out and the device is easy to use. Make sure you are holding the top portion of it however. The attachments are well made but fragile. The base is pretty sturdy and well made as well.
