I will not recommend this product for anyone and I want a full refund I felt like the advertising on this item was deceptive
When I ordered this product I felt like it was going to be better made but it is made like a toy and it will not do anything as far as clarity with boys musical instruments or what app you as you attempt to put things on the computer… I am a songwriter and was looking forward to using this unit to capture my Millatti's and vocals as well as lyrics but they're so muffled up in the unit is so fragile it is the sensually just a piece of soft plastic very flimsy and cheaply made I will not recommend this product for anyone and I want a full refund I felt like the advertising on this item was deceptive because it makes it look like it's a handheld studio when it's barely a decent Dictaphone

You get what you pay for. Piece of you know what.
I gave up trying to make it work and threw it away. The physical aspect of it got into its own way. Parts didn't fit right and it couldn't perform. I forgot what the issue was, but I spent so little money on this that it wasn't worth the hassle of returning it. I think the best thing to do is to use a regular cassette player and purchase from Amazon an Analog to Digital Converter that can USB music to my computer for storage as an MP3 of .wav file or whatever. Or maybe I could just Line-In the music.

Strange Button Design, But Does What It's Suppose To Do
I love being able to play my cassette tapes again! The batteries seem to die rather quickly, and it's concerning that the "record" button is directly next to the "play" button (this could make for a catastrophe!), and also the "rewind"/"fast forward" buttons are opposite than what you'd intuitively think they'd be ("fast forward" is on the left and "rewind" is on the right). But as long as you can get use to the strange button placement, the player works well and does what it's suppose to!

This straight up doesnt work. I had to fast ...
This straight up doesnt work. I had to fast forward the tape just for it to realize it's supposed to actually play it, after a few seconds of which, the tape itself gets caught in the gears. Broke one of my tapes within 10 minutes. So comically dysfunctional, this is a 40 year old technology. The radio works well though.

Compact for Small Spaces
This will fit firmly in a purse or briefcase. Considered a gift to self or another. Found the selection knobs to be loose fitting. Static was present between station searches. Sound was crisp once tuned in to a station. I expected better construction for this sleek look, such as digital or preset stations.

(not so) fantastic device, Spotify/iTunes to Cassette or the other way around through USB.
Fantastic, amazing little device. The best part of it that it works as an external audio device through USB - you can record mixtapes into cassette straight from Spotify or Itunes. On a mac it doesn't even requires drivers, the system will automatically recognize it as an external audio device. Since it has it's own speaker you can monitor conveniently as you record your mixtape playlists to cassette. It also has built-in am/fm radio which can be used as a recording input, and also you can digitize your existing tapes and record it with your computer with any recording software, using the cassette tapes as an input.Since it's working digitally as an external audio card, you don't need to connect it with audio cables, which is awesome, the digital signal goes straight to the tape in the device.Highly recommended, exactly I was looking for!Update: unfortunately though its easy to use the quality is quite low. i ended up buying a sony recorder from the 80s which did the job well.

Device worked fine at first
Device worked fine at first. I was able to convert one cassette tape to MP3 files. Then it stopped working. The radio still works, but the mechanism to work the cassette tape does not spin. This is a very cheap quality device with very short useful life. I should have spent a few dollars more in a better quality device.
