Beautiful and well made
At first, I was skeptical about buying this type of faucet for cheap. Needless to say we are very happy with our purchase. This has been a great faucet so far. we have been using it for about 6 months now without any complaints. Pros: -color and finish is beautiful -Spray feature is strong and works well -has great flow -the handle has a nice firm feel like many of the higher end brands -the flexibility and range is excellent -Installation was very easy Cons: I honestly do not have any cons about this faucet. If this is the style of faucet you are looking for, go ahead and pull the trigger on it. I would highly recommend to anyone that is worried about it being cheaply made.

Great quality, beautiful champagne bronze color!
The color is beautiful, champagne bronze and perfectly matches my cabinet handles, this was easy to install by the plumber, and when I clean it looks like new. It does not get marked by water spots like our old matte black that never looked cleaned. Great quality and expensive look to the kitchen, but sometimes wish I would gone with something more of an elegant look than the industrial; I feel like it takes away from my elegant, beautiful white Taj Mahal counter tops. Great Choice regardless!…Easy of use, good water pressure, good value, beautiful color.

Great Faucet
I absolutely love the way that this faucet looks with my new sink. It is very easy to use with 2 settings for the spray and the fact that it swivels and has a pull down nozzle is a game changer.

Really nice faucet but with one glaring weakness
I bought this faucet in October 2021 and have had it installed for about 14 months now. It works beautifully and hasn't had any leaks. I really like the long pull out sprayer that reaches all corners of my double sink. It has good pressure and washes all the large food particles down into my waste disposal unit. The only knock on this faucet is that the sprayer head is all plastic and therefore more prone to wear and tear. As a matter of fact, the plastic switch on the spray head that controls the flow broke off a couple of weeks ago. After removing and disassembling the spray head, it was pretty obvious that this was the first part that was going to break since it's only connected by thin pegs that fit in holes. I called Kraus to open a warranty claim, and after sending them photos of the Amazon order, the broken button, and the tag from the cold water line, they sent me a replacement spray head within a few days, postpaid. Kudos to them for standing behind their product. Update: the spray head switch broke again. Since this was a replacement part it won't be covered under any warranty. I'm going to see if I can superglue the switch back on. If that doesn't work then I will have to buy a new sprayer. I'm removing a star for this repeated inconvenience.

Perfect
AMAZING FAUCET. Love the height, the color, the functionality. It’s perfect for a deep kitchen sink. No leakages and I love that it goes back to regular flow (not spray) every time you turn it off

Disappointed. Installation Tip.
Read the one star reviews and believe them. Had this since 2021. The installation tip is to remove the screens at the bottom of the two water lines before connecting them to the water supply. (You’ll need to use Teflon tape on the connection to prevent leaks.) Otherwise, these screens can clog and you’ll spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to find the low water pressure problem by taking the spray wand apart and the cartridge out. I’ve never heard of having screens in the water supply lines. This is bad design since the spray wand screen would normally catch particles. The other thing is that the spray wand switches from spray to stream all by itself. Only got worse over time. Also have a Kraus bathroom faucet and have to replace cartridges every couple of years due to leakage. The only saving grace for Kraus is that they honor their warranty. You just have to call the company and wait.
