Can multiple receivers receive signals from one transmitter at the same time?

Definitely yes, LEKATO MS-1 in-ear monitors system supports one Transmitter to more Receivers simultaneously. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.

How many groups of devices can be used simultaneously?

MS-1 can support up to 6 sets of devices can be used simultaneously without interference, we have set up multiple signal channels to support frequency hopping and frequency switching.

How to solve the problem of noise and signal interruption?

If you encounter interference, you can short press the PAIR button of the transmitter to hop the frequency. Please wait patiently until you find a stable frequency band.

The device can be turned on,but can not be used and there is no sound?

Please check the pairing status light of the transmitter and receiver, whether the state of the device is pairing successfully or not.

Why does the MS-1 not turn on?

If the in-ear monitors has not been used for a long time, or the battery was disconnected when it was low and not charged in time. A low battery will cause the battery to go into protection mode and the battery will need to be charged to activate it.
