i am installing on a hollow meatal door do i need to order with the bore for normal lockset or a blank with no hole ?

Had to replace a front door handle. All went well

Broken Handle Part

I returned it several times because a piece of the broken handle comes. The plastic and still I get it broken again. I will no longer return it dough. I spend more time going to return it. I think it's a problem in the production of the piece when putting the rivets to the handle plastic.

I bought 2 of these and followed instructions to install. once installed one of them will not unlock and the other does rarely. I do not recommend this item.
