Manufactured by The Wyeth-Scott Company since 1934, the More Power Puller has been proven to perform in demanding work environments—without bending, breaking, or collapsing. Made of solid cast iron and weighing 24 lbs., the More Power Puller is the most-durable cable puller ever made. The More Power Puller is equipped with 5/16in x 35ft Amsteel Blue wire rope, rather than the smaller, more-common 1/4"" aircraft cable used on other cable pullers. This heavy duty portable ratchet puller/hoister can offer a 3-ton double deadlift capacity and a 6-ton double line pull rating.

Incorrect information
I ordered the 3 ton model but not from this place. They don't even make a "3C" model. And - this one is way more money than the real ones.

Best puller I could find
I have a Jeep Wrangler and wanted a tool for recovery situations. I didn't want to invest in an electric winch. Mainly because of weight and cost of winch, mounting hardware, bumper, limited to front pulls only, etc. I did my homework and found the More Power Puller. I received it promptly and in good condition. I haven't had to try it yet in a real situation but I was able to experiment one day after work. I brought my jeep ('09 JK Unlimited 4 door = 4400lbs empty) inside our shop. Put it in park and applied the e-brake. I then got out a tree saver strap and shackles to rig everything up and try and to drag the jeep across the floor. I hooked up the strap and puller to a concrete and steel post next to the overhead door for an anchor. Pulled out the rope and hooked it to one of the front tow hooks. Sure enough, I could drag it even on a single line setup. I recommend getting the handle extension and a spare handle, just in case. It is a lot of work, though. It takes some effort to operate. It would have been twice as easy if I had done a double line setup with the pulley. I have never owned an electric winch but I am sure it can function more quickly and obviously with much less effort for the operator. The other nice thing with the puller is that you can carry the whole thing up a trail to a stuck vehicle or just throw it in any vehicle you want. It's not limited to the front of one vehicle. Here is the setup I bought:3-35-A-SLT 3 Ton More Power Puller® w/35' of 5/16" Amsteel Blue Rope and safety latches on all 3 hooks. $256.95P7-3 Tubular safety handle - 3 ton unit $4.90P7-3-EXT Safety handle extension (18" long w/blue grip) (inserts into P7-3) - 3 ton unit $6.10I bought the synthetic rope for the weight savings, won't rust, and it's easier to work with. There is also no potential energy stored in the rope. If it breaks under tension, it just falls to the ground. A steel cable stores energy and can come flying at you like a whip. For me, the extra cost is worth it.I consider this whole setup a last ditch effort way of getting me unstuck when I'm out in the middle of nothing by myself. I figure the cost of this is probably the same as calling a tow truck out into the woods to get me out.
