Q: What are the folded up dimensions?

Folded it is 4 inches thick, 12 inches wide, 21 inches tall.

Q: It comes with 6 screws but there are 12 holes. 6 on top and 6 on bottom. Am i supose to use 12.

I believe it is so you may be able to mount in a stud. You only need 4 screws. We were not able to find a stud where we needed to mount it so we added a board that would be in a stud the mounted on the board.

Q: Do the folded up dimensions include the legs? I have a very tight space and need to know if the thickness is 4" or 5". Thanks so much! :)
