They make your feet feel better
I use these myself. They are not bulky and are very supportive. They helped me with a variety of foot problems. They definitely helped relieve most of my pain. My wife started to experience plantar facilities. I bought a pair for her,and she said they have really helped relieve the pain. She wears narrow width shoes, and they fit fine. They are good quality.I think they are a fair price, but I would love to see them offer a discount to returning customers,or for buying multiple pairs.

Fixed my foot pain from running.
I had been running for about a year when I started waking up in the morning with foot pain. I tried these insoles and they have eliminated the pain I was having from running. I wear them in all my shoes, including walking, running, and hiking. They feel a little weird and I had to get use to them, but they work great.

I love the support these offer
I love the support these offer. When you feel them they feel like they will do nothing. They are not flexible and the padding does not seem significant. I was very skeptical when I put them in my shoes, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The cushion these offer for my heel and the arch support are great. I have worn arch supports since I was 20 (I'm now 50) so I have had my share of supports. A year ago I developed plantar fasciitis. I have been looking for something to put in my shoes to help with both conditions and these do it. My arches are not sore at the end of the day and my heel never bothers me with these on. As soon as I put them on I could feel the cushion on my heel. I am able to put them in flats and most heels. I know I should not wear heels but I am not ready to give up heels yet. This was my second pair. I wear a size 7 shoe and based on the guidance I bought a medium. They felt slightly different from my first pair and I attributed it to them being new. I finally looked at the size of the first pair and they are a small so my next pair will be a small. I use to wear a 6.5 and I have a narrow foot. I probably considered that when I bought the first pair.My daughter works part time in a restaurant as a server. She was home for the holidays and picked up some shifts. Her feet were killing her and I suggested she try these. She was skeptical and not impressed when she felt them. She loved them. She put them in her booties one night when she was going out and fell in love with them even more. She is trying to take them back to school. Because they are a little big (she wears an 8) for me I may give in.

Best foot support ever
My wife and I wear these in all our shoes. We can wear a pair of shoes unless we have the Power step arch supports in them. A life changer for foot and comfort standing for long periods of time.Great product. Thank you Power step

Exactly what was missing.
These are fantastic. I recently bought an expensive pair of high boots that are perfect except for lack of support. I’m short and have skinny calves so it not a small feat to find a pair of boots that fit my proportions. I was devastated at the thought of having to return them because they hurt to walk in. The boots didn’t come with removable insoles so I needed a slim partial option. These fit the bill and made the boots comfortable to walk in. I’m thrilled!

A GREAT ALTERNATIVE FOR FULL LENGTH INSERTS!
I have several pair of these wonderful inserts for my shoes that can't take a full length insert. They do the job just fine. And they're waterproof!

Helps with support issues but doesn't eliminate them
I am a teacher with sensitive feet. I can walk over 7,000 steps in just one workday!Pros:The inserts are a lot thinner than most so they can fit in low profile shoes like women's flats. The inserts have sturdy plastic on the bottom, not just a ton of cushion that will compress as you wear them.Cons:My feet are happier; but I don't feel the "wow" factor other reviewers did.The inserts are only 3/4 so if you have mainly ball of foot pain, they won't be as effective. Also, consider buying higher quality shoes in addition to using inserts. Putting inserts into Payless shoes is like putting a paint job on a rusting car. A bigger investment in quality shoes will make your inserts work better.

Pain relief
These are a game changer. I stand on concrete flooring all day at work and these have relieved so much pain I was in.
