I originally started my journey back to health with Ancestral Supplements Beef Liver with such amazing results, I remember impatiently waiting for each of their new products to come available. The Beef Spleen offers incredible results, just as with the Beef Liver, and is amazing at helping me fight off any bug that I may feel coming on. I have battled with many health issues a result of re-activated EBV (Eppstein-Barr Virus) and taking this, with the Liver supplement, at the first sign of not feeling good gives my body the needed boost to feel batter fast. Even with my compromised immune system, taking this I am able to avoid completely or minimize greatly the effects of any illness that gets brought into my home with two young boys in the house. I am amazed! I have been taking Ancestral Supplements for over a year and I feel like I am at least 10 years younger, I’m 43 yrs old, with great energy and also a healthy glow in my skin, hair, and eyes. The following is my review for the Liver posted over a year ago, on March 2, 2017…I hope my testimony can help at least one other person but truly hope it can help as many people as possible because I remember feeling hopeless in finding health again not so long ago, in retrospect:“I purchased this grassfed beef liver because I have been suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome and also adrenal insufficiency, and tissue thyroid resistance. I have been purchasing several high dollar supplements every month for over a year with a very slow and challenging recovery. I read that beef liver, specifically from grassfed beef, is one of the most nutrient dense foods to eat. Well, I didn't have the nerve to cook up a beef liver and thought I would look into a supplement form. I’m posting this review simultaneously under beef organs, thymus, collagen, BTC, lung, bone/marrow, and spleen, since these supplements are working in synergy. I purchased these for a friend of mine who contracted covid in March and had a severe case which almost took her life. She’s been suffering long haul covid ever since. I’m slowly nursing her back to health. Most days she sleeps, and her exhaustion is a constant symptom. She is 62, and before she contracted covid she was in good physical condition, working in retail on her feet full-time and leading a normal life.But now she's exhausted all the time. Her symptoms vary daily, sometimes changing every few hours: tingling in the arms, shortness of breath, pressure on her chest, coughing, dizziness, gastrointestinal upset, you name it and she's got it. She has her good days but they are few and far between. Her PCP up to this point hasn't been much help, not knowing what to do to help her and showing little empathy.Finally, she insisted on seeing specialists. A pulmonologist ordered x-rays of her lungs which revealed severe inflammation deep in her lungs, with water still remaining there. No wonder she has trouble breathing and feels pressure on her chest.The cardiologist told her that her heart sounded good, but he ordered a sonogram and it detected apical septal hypokinesis. She’s wearing a heart monitor for two weeks and will send the data in for analysis. Another diagnosis, another piece of the puzzle. The specialists are discovering that covid has damaged her body in a variety of ways that will take a long time to heal.BTW if you're suffering as a covid long hauler, I highly recommend that you insist on seeing specialists who will run tests to determine if there has been physical damage to your body. See a pulmonologist, cardiologist, and neurologist. Find out if you have physical damage. My friend only discovered the damage to her body because she insisted on seeing specialists and getting proper testing. The pulmonologist, especially, was well acquainted with covid cases and was most helpful.I ordered these supplements to bolster her fight as she recovers. I got the lung supplement for her lungs, thymus and BTC for her immune system, beef organs and bone/marrow for overall support, and collagen to help with her hair, which started to fall out. She also had a low reading for red blood cells, so I added spleen for her.I also decided to take the supplements myself, but switched out the lung for prostate and I’m not taking spleen.At this point, we’ve both built up to taking 3 capsules daily each of beef organs, thymus, collagen, BTC, and bone/marrow. She’s also taking 3 each of spleen and lung, and I’m taking 3 of prostate. We intend to build slowly to a full dose of 6 capsules each.After a few weeks of slowly building up the doses, my friend has had good results already. Her mood has improved, and she feels more like herself. To me, she *sounds* more like herself: stronger, more positive, and clearer. Her outlook seems to have improved and she’s feeling hopeful, which is a major step forward for her. Her general energy level is up, and she can stand for longer periods of time. She’s able to climb the stairs more easily. Her post-nasal drip has practically disappeared. Her body aches have decreased, and her morning headaches are clearing away quickly. Her insomnia has improved, and she’s sleeping soundly after she falls asleep. Her shortness of breath and chest pressure haven’t changed much but she has noticed improvement. She’s still experiencing various neurological issues: numbness, burning sensations, and an itchiness that has increased slightly. But thankfully, her dizziness has decreased.She’s enthusiastic about the supplements and it’s great to see the improvements she’s already had in such a short time.As for myself, I haven’t felt much difference, other than that my sleep quality has greatly improved. I’m finding it easy to fall asleep and sleep deeply. That alone makes this regimen worthwhile. There are also several small skin issues that are clearing up and disappearing, which is welcome news. I have been taking this for several months. I only take 2 before bedtime and I feel like it has always helped me sleep soundly. I initially purchased this for a different reason but the sleep benefit is the most obvious benefit now.

I think it’s going great with the spleen supplement. I’m going to wait a few months and recheck my ferritin, but I have DEFINITELY noticed more energy! Now I’m able to do all my secular work, chores/errands and still manage 2-3 workouts a day if I want. I realize now I was just barely getting through the day before so this has been great! The first two nights I had horrible insomnia so I lowered my dose and now I feel amazing and still sleep at night.
