I had an excellent customer service experience. They issued me a full refund and allowed me to keep the product.Original Review:There is no way these are 35pt. Base cards (20pt) like prizm, revolution, momentum, etc. don’t fit in these. They are warped and curved which don’t help with the fit.

Really liked the first pack of 400 I bought so purchased two more 400 packs for the rest of my collection. The majority of one pack didn't fit. I haven't tried all of the second pack but was running into the same problem. I can't return because I opened them. The inconsistency in the fit is really frustrating.

Most of these were bricked together and had to be separated, they felt like they were fused together.20 of these were horribly scratched and warped. And of the 80 that weren’t scratched half were warped, and the other half was badly warped.I top loaded a few cards in the least warped top loaders and the cards needed a lot of effort to put them all the way. As my picture shows, even the good top loaders are curved, which is why I had to give them several solid taps on a table to fully set the card in.I got these when they were on sale at half off for $10, and Evoretro is a brand I’m familiar with, they were even cheaper than the no names. The worst part is I got 2 sets of these and both were equally disappointing.

Updated Review: 5*I've now received over 2000 sleeves from this seller, they are a perfect snug fit 90% of the time so far. I did get some from what I assume were just bad batches, was super disappointed since i had to open the packaging to find out I also couldn't do a return. Upon leaving my original review the sellers reached out and sent replacements quickly and totally free to me. Really appreciate the integrity and customer service that goes into mending a mistake. Will be ordering more when I need another batch.Original review 2*:I've ordered this item 4-5 times (1600-2000 sleeves). First few rounds they were great, nice snug fit without any issues. Couple weeks ago I ordered 2 of these, of the 800 sleeves I received 300-400 of them are too tight and cause mild-severe warping. I'm really disappointed, and I can't even request a refund because ~half were usable.

As you can see from the photos there's a greasy film on the inside of the sleeves which is concerning when you're putting collectable cards in them. Half of the sleeves were good and half of them had that film on them. Very disappointing. Its not worth it for the price.The sleeves fit perfectly and feel great, so it sucks that they have that grease or whatever on the inside.*Edit: This company has great communication and are willing to work with their customers to fix a problem!**Edit: They worked with me to quickly resolve the situation (I received a partial refund for the sleeves that were defective). Though my only experience with the product was not so good, I would recommend this company. Their customer service is fantastic! I'm very pleased by how they handled the situation!

I bought these toploaders on the Black Friday sales, so I can use them to store my sketchcards for mailing. They fit perfectly and are real sturdy sleeves.

I’ve bought these sleeves and other products from evoretro many times, as I love the quality of the product and the branding overall. Having said that, for some reason, the most recent version of these tight sleeves (200 sleeves) are nowhere close to the quality and size of the previous batches. The sleeves are now too tight, to the point that the cards bend and it is really hard to push them inside it. Now I am not sure what to do with the two packs (400 sleeves) that I bought and have no use for. :(
