Extremely satisfied! The PETLIBRO Automatic Feeder for 2 Cats is truly one of the best purchases I’ve made. It works flawlessly, delivers consistent portions, and my two cats absolutely loved it. The dual-bowl design is very practical, the 5G Wi-Fi control is fast and reliable, and the scheduling system makes our daily routine much easier. Another great advantage is the extra safety: besides running on power, it also supports 3 D batteries as backup, ensuring my cats will be fed even if the electricity goes out — this gives me complete peace of mind. The only part that required a bit more attention was finding the ideal position for the distributor. I had to slightly adjust it to the side and even used a precision scale to guarantee a perfectly even split between both bowls. But honestly, none of this changes my opinion. The feeder is excellent, reliable, and has made daily feeding so much simpler. Highly recommended without hesitation

this has been the best purchase for my two cats. They were over eating with the food disopenser that just let them have as much food anytime they wanted. I set this up to give a small portion every few hours and it really helps manage their intake. It works without fail. So glad I purchased this.

I believe I already left a review for this device, although I can't find it now so maybe not. I know I reviewed their water fountain, which is fantastic. This is a nice unit too. The filling and feeding systems are nice, the lid holds a dessicant and odor removing bag inside to keep the food fresh, and it's easy to program. Has battery backup, something you rarely find these days. BUT, the camera will, after a time, suddenly fail completely, giving a black image, and rebooting it or playing around with the app doesn't fix it. One time, the device pushed a firmware update, and suddenly the camera was working again. Hurrah! Except then it failed again after a few more months, and that's how it is now. So, I suggest buying the one without a camera, because as it is, it's a waste of money.

Unfortunately we are returning this product. We already have 2 PetLibro water fountains and the smaller 'Air' feeder. They have done their job the 5 months we've had them and our cats like them. The one drawback for the Air feeder is its size - with 2 cats I have to refill it ever 3-5 days. Otherwise it works well. Some reviews were concerned it didn't dispense accurately but I measured several times and it always provided an amount within about 10% of expected - close enough. So I ignored the reviews that said to be careful of this same problem with the Granary. I thought the larger capacity of the Granary meant I'd be able to go 1-2 weeks between refills given it was 2.5x the capacity. My wife also liked the idea of the camera feature so she could see if the cats were eating equally or if just one was using it more. When I set up the Granary it looked like the same mechanism as the Air, but it doesn't work the same way or nearly as well. For some reason it takes a looong time to dispense. Doing the testing during setup took 5 minutes to get it running but over an hour to test how well it put out food because dispensing even just 4x portions took forever (what was supposed to be 1/3rd of a cup). For some reason it pauses between each portion (portion, pause, portion, pause...) and each portion takes almost as long as several portions from the Air. It also makes a lot more noise than the Air, on top of the food hitting the bowl - it sounds like it is straining to dispense the food. I could live with slow dispensing, it was the wildly inaccurate dispense amount that was the deal breaker. The other reviews are right. I tried dispensing in cups, grams, and oz (all 3 possible units). It *never* dispensed more than half as much as it was told. If it always dispensed half I could adjust and just double the scheduled servings. However it wasn't just wrong, it was also wildly inconsistent - dispensing between 20% and 50% of the directed amount with no pattern to the ratio. These aren't guessed values - I recorded the requested amount and then used a measuring cup or scale to measure the result, testing multiple times with different portion counts. There is no way to compensate for that much variability. I followed the troubleshooting and definitely put out way more then the 'it will be inaccurate for the first 6 servings'. The kibble I use (purina pro plan kitten) is within their size recommendation (they have a handy 'no bigger than this' sticker on the machine). Nothing improved the inaccurate and inconsistent serving sizes. Maybe my particular kibble is just too close to being the wrong size or shape despite fitting in their recommended circle. Back to using the smaller Air feeder.

It’s a good product came with good condition

Bought this for feeding two cats. We tested quite extensively and every time the amount dispensed was wildly wrong. We were using Royal Canin kitten food which was within the specs of food it can handle. We wanted 30g per side but even telling it to dispense 90g we only got 30g in total combined. We could never trust it to dispense required amount. The unit looks smart and the idea is great. But not functional in real world application.

Very happy with the feeder! A great option for a single-cat household. The setting-up process is a bit of a hassle but the machine is always responsive so you get used to it. I only wish that the portions were a little smaller so that I can have more control over the quantity of food. I find that for my cat, 1 portion is too little but 2 portions is too much. Nonetheless, once you figure out an overall system for your cat's food, it works out.

I absolutely love this product! I no longer have to wake up at 6 AM to feed my cats, and the built-in camera lets me check on them anytime. It’s a game changer!

Just got a kitten, making the cat family count 2 and was really happy when I checked and saw I didn’t have to buy another cat feeder. The bowls do their jobs, the build is quite sturdy and the shape of the bowl is actually much nicer and easier to clean than the one that comes originally. The setup is quite easy but I do agree with the reviews that divider isn’t that precise, but to be honest, after a full day of releasing food I don’t think it makes any difference.
