Great parts, good instructions, perfect fit. Assembly is straightforward but since the Lazy-Boy mechanism design is complicated, one really has to be careful to understand it BEFORE replacing parts. Go slow and orient each part exactly like the images in the instructions. I am an engineer and it took me at least an hour to repair.

Works great, Better than the OEM plastic version that comes from the factory. Value for the money is great, and product is very sturdy. Highly recommend. Tips for install: The installation guide doesnt specify that you can install this by only partially removing pieces under the chair, so save yourself some time and install this metal piece to the shaft with the shaft still in place by removing the screws from the new metal plate that you are installing. Also use grease on the long skinny part to help with gliding, I used the existing grease on the old part and it works just fine.

Very easy to install for repairing my recliner! The parts aren’t plastic as the original parts were on my Lazyboy recliner, this should be great as far as holding up.😊

Had to do a little modifications. But it worked out great and I can now relax in my recliner

LaZBoy wanted way too much money for this part, and a service call on top of that when we asked them to fix the chair they had "fixed" before. This part was a perfect fit, and great value for the money. We now have functioning chairs, when we were ready to discard them due to the ridiculous prices LaZBoy wanted to fix something that they never fixed right in the first place. The quality is much better than the "original" parts, and much more durable.

Simply amazing. I installed it in about 20 minutes. The plastic bushings to go into the arms along the main shaft are solid and I had to spit them to prevent me from dissembling the entire chair, but it was pretty simple. Some pictures of the mechanism or some simple instructions would have made it easier, but it was simple enough. The chair itself works BETTER than before. I'll say it again... SIMPLY AMAZING!

Solid! Great quality! The directions could be a bit more clear. I purchased lazy boy already broken, so didn't know there was the pin missing also I needed. it works perfect once installed. think outside of the box! solid aluminum.

This is an easy fix because you don't have to take the upholstery off and pull the square rod and all that hardware. The plastic drive toggle broke on my lazy boy, but I replaced all 3 parts. It was easy to install and seems to be operating perfectly. I am not sure about durability since I just installed it, but due to the price and ease of installation, I would highly recommend.

The replacement parts are of excellent quality. Works perfectly. No instructions . Trial and error to install. Plan one hour at least . You may need a spacer if the chair you have has a smaller control shaft. Very basic tools required . Would by again and have a twin chair that I would the same parts . To me it is a permanent repair for the life of the chair

A bit tricky to figure out but once that was done these parts installed in a short time. Took me two hours to research and figure out how the replacement parts are installed. Then it took thirty minutes to install the parts. A very nice kit of parts.
