Has been in daily use for over a year with no problems. Definitely a quality, easy to install fixture. Very reasonably priced.

Very tough, handles harsh environments!
My use case is a little unusual. I use this lamp to warm a heated enclosure on a 3D printer. It does the job very well and functions perfectly fine in 70c - 80c. Installation was quick and simple with the screws, and it's still working after all these months. Would recommend!

Fits the bill
The bulb I bought can't be used with a dimmer switch so make sure you check compatibility. Otherwise, works OK.

Really pleased with the bulb holder. It’s a great idea that it has a fixing bracket as my previous one didn’t. Good value for money too.

Blows bulbs.
Despite the product being 100W, it seems to break 25W, 75W and 100W bulbs within a couple of days.I’ve tried 4x 25W bulbs and 2x 75 and 100w but all bulbs somehow blew after no more than 48 hours.May be a defective one but worth being aware of.Otherwise is perfect, strong and has a long wire which is handy!

Not Fit for Purpose. Faulty in Weeks. Unreliable.
The product lasted less than 3 months before stopping to work. I purchased two for separate reptile enclosures and both have already failed.These bulb fittings are much less durable than other similarly priced products available. It is poor value for money. I like the ability to change the positioning of the bulb with the swivel mount however it is useless if it can not power the bulb. There is an in-line black plastic dimmer switch which feels flimsy and unnecessary. I can confirm the fault is with the bulb holder having tested it with known functioning bulbs on a different outlet.I do not perceive this product to be safe for use with reptiles (or any other animal) dependant on it for it's source of heat.I will be contacting the seller for a refund and would not be interested in a replacement due to the unreliable nature of the item.
