These gummies are great. If you need probiotics for GI issues, they work great. After 2 days, my tummy issues resolved. Whenever they come back, I just start taking them again.

Bought these for my hubby who is like a 2 year old when it comes to taking medicine. "A spoonful of sugar" so to speak. He liked them! We definitely prefer the chew on this over other gummies with that add agar to the pectin. Love that it's combined with a prebiotic. If it had additional strains (eg bifido strains) and was at the 10 billion vs. 2 billon range, it would be even better. We are adding this to his diet along with other changes and have seen an improvement in gut health - less bloating, easier movements.

I believe Probiotics are important as we don't always have perfect nutrition. I also love the added Prebiotics for the same reason. They taste delicious, so it's easier to remember to take them.

It really helps my digestion , It's also very powerful , you only need one a day , the new theory is a pre probiotic is necessary to fully get the benefits from digestive probiotics ..I believe it , because I've tried many probiotics the past decade and always feel it makes me overactive , never a stable point , That's not the case with this stuff , It's very stabilizing to your digestion...Give it a try , but go slow

Not sure getting gut relief. I will keep using, does seem.to help with bloating.
