I have frequently used ear plugs on my travels and although I have found some that are great and keeping noise levels low they are often uncomfortable to sleep with in or fall out a lot. But these are really comfortable and stay in place so I recommend them if you want an ear plug for sleeping

For the price I would have expected them to be a lot better. Brought these so I can switch off to other people's conversations on the train while I'm reading but you can still hear through them. I might as well stuck my airpods in my ears without anything playing at it would have been the same if not better.

They do block out a reasonable amount of noise but if your outside or near anything like a radio or TV they don't do alot. If you have kids they are next to useless lolBest use I got was some quiet before bed.

I’m a very light sleeper who works early mornings and lives with very noisy flatmates. Firstly you get 2 pairs, one smaller and one larger which is strange as the larger pair go unused as they’re too big. The shape of them means the bit at the top pops out of my ear throughout the night and they really aren’t that comfortable. They are fiddly to get in and they fall out often and even the smaller size is too big.The cancellation however is fine. Nothing spectacular.Overall I’d save my money and look elsewhere

If you have a clock that ticks in the room, you could still hear it it just cancels the noise a little. Ive slept in these and its good to help you get to sleep. If your on a cross country train, with screaming kids or ungodly adults, and your reading a book, this comes in very handy because it helps to cancel the noise and actually helps align your focus. If your blessed to be in total silence, once you put these in, its almost like time stops and you should be centred by these. I mean like, you can think clearly, concentrate, and gather yourself together.If you sleep with someone thats snores no matter having these in they will not work and your girlfriend will still continue to wake the Gods. They are not effective in that respect, (unless you measure your particular beverage that night beforehand) then your sleep should be ace.Sometimes they can come out during your sleep.Ive used them for exams. Great great great to have.

I've only been using these for a few days but so far I'm pleased with the ear plugs. I have quite small ear canals and the smaller size fits fine. I like the fact that they don't go fully in to your ears and the little tail helps them stay in place. Although they don't filter out all sound they do help to reduce noise such as nearby construction work, traffic and noisy neighbors' to a level that makes it muffled background. I can however still hear necessary sounds such as alarms and people talking to me.on the down side you can hear yourself breathing quite loudly and any vibration is amplified such as when typing or chopping etc. they also make your own voice sound really loud and strange so I don't think I would be able to wear them in a situation where I was having to talk frequently.

This product is okay they reduce noise but no better than Standard foam ear plugs
