ANZZI Freestanding Tub 36" x 71", Whirlpool and Air Bath Tub in White, Aromatherapy, Whirpool Jetted, 6 ft., Lori Series (FT-AZ102)

This tub is an expensive POS. When we ordered there were no reviews, so here you go. First problem is it’s missing all the overflow drain parts. Called Annzi and was told they normally provide them but because of the curvy body style, they didn’t. Their solution was to provide me key words to search for parts online. We ended up at the plumbing supply warehouse 3 times, going back with videos, manual and photos before the owner finally created a custom kit for us. Once installed, the motor is so loud and powerful the water shoots up your back and over the top. The jets are in the worst spot making it impossible to not splash out. They discontinued the aromatherapy cartridges. Clearly this thing needs to be recalled. Worst part is we were under construction and by the time of install the return window had closed. Do NOT buy this tub.

I love love love this tub, especially when I got the flash deal for less than $500. Then got it home to find it did not fit. I have a 60” opening and this was far longer. Measure measure measure.

I don't like giving bad reviews but this was not a good buy at all. It appeared to be everything we wanted, but arrived loose, on a pallet with just the box over it. There were not even straps on this. Should have refused right then, but this is the first whirlpool we have ordered. Long story short, we went to put it in and our installer found a defect in the tubing. Thankfully he found it before we went to all the trouble putting it in our bath. We have requested it be picked up for a return and it has been WEEKS and we still have it and still paying interest on our card. NOT HAPPY....

Don’t not buy this tub if you want a relaxing experience. The water jets don’t turn down with the knob. It’s just all or nothing! It shoots water every bit of 15 feet outside of the tub if just one person is in there! Not to mention how dang lough both the air and water pumps are! The tub does not come with a drain or over flow. So good luck figuring that out! Honestly would not buy again, looking to sell it for a loss within the first month of ownership.
