I tried so many things for hair growth - rubs and oils, plus natural stuff including castor oil, coconut oil and did not see any difference, but since I started using biotic, there's heaps of new hair growing - I am so thankful for this supplement! The packaging is also great, it seals well (unlike some other brands with this type of packaging). The tablets are tiny, and do not upset the stomach at all. I highly recommend it, I used a different brand for biotic and remember experiencing similar effects - it really does work. The only downside (which can be a plus for some) is very rapid nail growth :)

I’ve been taking this biotin supplement for a few weeks now, and I can already see a difference. My hair feels stronger and looks shinier, and I’ve noticed less breakage. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. Overall, a solid supplement for hair, nails, and general wellness.

I cant believe how much this has improved the thickness and growth of my hair!! 60 never had hair this good, Nails are stronger and longer too. One a day works wonders. My daughter has started them too. January pic 1 September pic 2.

I purchased these a year or so ago and have been pleased with my hair, nails and skin. So much so that I have ordered again. They are easy to swallow and I can take one every night with other medication.
