Can this be used by nursing mothers ??

Not safely. It is possible (I’m not a scientist so no idea how likely) for the vitamin A derivatives to enter your breast milk and to baby. Not enough studies to show it is safe so I would advise highly against it (if curious, look up Accutane effects, Retinoids are a topical derivative similar. While I do not Think it would cause nearly such damage it is not anything I would want to chance with my child. Bakuchiol is considered a safer alternative (note- it is not at all related to Retinoid and does not have the same results) but it offers some of the similar benefits and has been considered safe for breastfeeding :)

Does this do any good for eye bags specifically? Like dark undereyes?

This is a Retinoid workhorse works long term encouraging cell turnover and reduction of lines which may be able to provide some benefit to the shadows of under-eye area but will not make the dark bags go away. Using this product at night and then a caffeinated cream in the morning and or a vitamin C May assist with the swelling. (The Ordinary has a low cast caffeinated eye cream that seems about as effective as some very high priced ones I’ve tried!)
