The bag already sags after putting in just a laptop charger. I’m worried it will sag even more if I add other items. It also can’t stand upright at all, which is disappointing for a bag that costs over $100

Great backpack. Can fit 15.6 laptop but its very tight fit. Does not fit well a 16in laptop, it will have to go in the big pocket and that pocket is the first to touch the ground so becareful if you have to use main pocket, placing bag down will break the laptop. You could fit it in the slim pocket but i felt like it will break if I curve my back for something similar to touching my toes exercise or reaching down. Comfy and looks awesome. Just the size of the laptop sleeve leaves much to be desired. Also worth noting that the space between main pocket and secondary pocket is not large enough for convenience. You will be unstrapping a the front two straps a lot of you have it stuffed with anything that is just a bit too wide. But since i bought this for my back, I don't mind the hassle, it just means i meed a bigger backpack

My 11year old loves this backpack for school and for hiking. We love all the pockets to keep her things organized, the great water bottle holder holds her 18oz yeti, and that it has great back support and a chest strap.

Let me start by saying, what a nice backpack! Purchased this to replace my 7 year old north face Jester backpack for travelling/daytrips. I’m so happy with it, tons and tons of little pockets/storage, independent padded laptop pocket, generous sized water bottle holders on the side. Have received tons of compliments on the packs design, front straps so you can attach oddly shaped items to the back. Have been to a few countries now with this as my main backpack, and have yet to find an issue with it. The quality is as to be expected from an Osprey backpack, and it feels significantly better made than my Jester backpack. Looking forward to bringing this backpack with me for years to come, thanks Osprey!

I have been living with this bag for a few months now and I have really fallen in love with it. It was slightly bigger than my last bag which, I needed, without being overly huge. I can walk around campus all day with it on and loaded and it has never felt uncomfortable. Even road trips prove to be not that big of a deal as I can pack a couple of days worth of clothes quite easily. I really like the two water bottle pockets as they very easily fit my Nalgene or my bigger Yeti and I usually stash a packable umbrella in the other. If I had to nitpick, the only issue I had was that the breathability of the part that touches your back is nice but when it rains, my laptop actually got a little wet from there and from the top, the zipper area, as I had to stand around in the rain a bit. My solution to this was to just put my laptop in the main compartment and that seemed to work but something to note nonetheless.
