What’s not to love about this jacket…great purchase!
This jacket is actually waterproof and windproof and does not feel clammy. It’s also a great value. It’s lightweight and packs well. The quality is good. The sizes are trustworthy. It’s also great that it has a hood. The zipper also works well.

We have many Helly-Hansen jackets and this one, like all of them, is good quality and versatile.

Barely adequate but cheap
The good: 1. It's cheap; 2. It's waterproof; 3. It's not unattractive (though the printed logo us annoying.The bad: 1. It's cheaply made; 2. The hand pockets are weirdly high up so your hands are somewhere north of your belly; 3. the hood sags over your eyes unless you're wearing a baseball cap; 4. No inner pockets; 5. The pockets are lined with mesh that's definitely going to rip from my keys getting stuck in it.

Waterproof, good looking Jacket
No complaints. Not too flashy, does its job well, good pockets and zippers. Very water repellent.

Perfect light weight rain jacket
I needed a lightweight jacket for some overseas travel. This jacket was perfect in that it has a nice mesh liner so it is substantive, but not heavy and still packs down. I was caught in a terrible downpour and this kept me dry as it is actually waterproof. I also noticed the other day it does a great job blocking out the wind chill. HH knows how to make weatherproof gear. I am very pleased with it.

Should have went with Fjallraven (a real brand)
The pit zips got caught and ripped off permanently of a $100rain shell making it useless in cold and rain, the jacket got damaged really easily and ripped on the outside too. Really dissapointed with such low level design and the premium price. Considering never buying HH again.

Not much there
This is a very nice looking jacket however it's very lightweight. Too thin for my taste. I'm confident this jacket would not be waterproof in a downpour. For the money, I can't justify this jacket. Returned this and purchased an Eddie Bauer rainfoil for half the price (on sale).

Not worth 100 bucks!
The jacket is as thin as tissue? I’m an avid fisherman and expected way better quality from them. Absolutely sending back and ordering something worth my money
