I bought this item with the similar wreath, love the quality.....they both look wonderful in my home. Unfortunately, when it arrived, one full side of the garland had non-working lights. I called customer service immediately after unpacking and attempting to troubleshoot issue. The wonderful person I spoke with in customer service immediately offered to replace the whole set. She emailed me the info/shipping label to replace the item, and also emailed immediately the shipping info for the new garland. I received the new replacement in two days, and it looks fabulous on my mantel. Great quality, great customer service. Impressed!

This is a gorgeous, thick garland! I ended up buying two more of these. I might even get more. It is so rare to have such a thick garland. It looks much more expensive than it is! I’m very happy with this!

Really, really beautiful. It is constructed really well and the decorations are robust. Be aware, this pre-lit garland is extremely well packed. It is anchored down in the box by 4 wires that are challenging to get to and cut without cutting the garland itself. But we managed to cut the wires without clipping the garland. We just had to really take our time. Our family appreciated the exceptional packing as it was clearly done to protect the bulbs, lights and other delicate ornaments from shuffling around in the box during shipping. We hung it over our family room mantel and it looks wonderful and festive. It was not only packed well, it arrived fast.

Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. It has the quality you would expect from a decoration item this expensive and looks gorgeous on our mantle. Mine lit up with lights from end to end, so for the one customer on here that showed the picture of the 12 inches or so on the end of theirs that did not light up, that must have just been a defect and not the norm. The only reason I’m giving this item 4 stars instead of 5 is because although this garland comes with a way to be plugged in instead of using 4 D cell batteries, they don’t provide the a/c adapater and instead direct you to their website to purchase it separately. For this price the a/c adapter should be included. I was fortunate enough to have another a/c adapter in the house that happed to fit it. As for the lighting, it’s probably hard to tell from the pictures, but although they are white they have more of a cool blue/purple hue to them, instead of that warm/soft white/yellow light that I like, but that’s just my personal preference. I do like that the the lights are dimmable, and will also flash on/off if you want. The remote took a bit of getting used to but works fine. The packaging was great and as I previouly stated, overall I’m a satisfied customer.

Love everything about the garland. Beautifully made and looks gorgeous on the railing on my porch, both lighted at night and unlighted during the day.

I bought 4 of these 9ft garlands. They are absolutely beautiful but only 3 of the 4 light up. I don’t want a refund, I want it replaced. It’s for my banister and I need all 4 or I’d have to return all of them. Please help! Thanks

I purchased this to drape on my stairway and replace a decades old garland. What a difference! This is truly a great looking garland and it looks of high quality. I liked it so much, I bought a second one and draped it similarly on the opening of my a baby grand piano. A really nice touch. Maybe it will even help me play better. :)
