you have to buy the magnetic compatible board which i believe just means behind the white board is a thin sheet of metal and then the magnes keep it attached to the board. the magnets could be a little stronger but honestly that might cause other issues so seems like a good thing

These work really well and the magnet inside keep them stuck to the board... good value.

I've been a teacher for 22 years. You know how the normal eraser gets squished after a while? This one won't!

So I got tired of buying new whiteboard erasers.... went to paper towels. Had a later midlife crisis and threatened to give the white board away (bought it for work, it's a high end model). Decided to keep it and order this eraser. The magnet is a touch week - I'd give them 4.8 stars on the "adhesion". It's not a big deal. Having fabric attached to Velcro is just brilliant. It's so common sense, you have to wonder. :) Other than that, with the replacement eraser fabric, I'd ship maybe just one with fabric. You can adjust the price. Anyone one another? Cut you a good deal :)

Erases great, but it doesn't quite stick to my Quarter magnetic board, it slides down to the bottom. I had to put other magnets in place to keep it in one spot.

This is an interesting idea. An eraser with removable washable pads is something I never really considered. But the felt that can be removed is thin, so it seems to get dirty a lot faster than the cushier regular erasers. Top of the eraser pops off to act as a storage space for the extra felt pads. The magnet is strong enough to hold the eraser without it being bulky or heavy. The felt pad is larger than the Velcro that holds it on, so it has a kind of floppy edge to it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Because these erasers are magnetic! Turns out they are just as good as the original whiteboard erasers.

These are garbage. The magnets can't hold the eraser to the whiteboard. It just slides to the bottom, and will fall clean off if you don't have a tray or something else (a decently magnetized marker works to support). The eraser cloths themselves (they do come with extras!) do a pretty poor job of actually erasing things. Giving a charity second star for effort with providing extra cloths, even if doing so in the manner that they have is what prevents the magnets from being able to hold to the board.
