Poor service and poor refund procedure

I didnt like the product so i returned, tge price is 799. And theyve refunded just 300.never recommend this

Badly designed product.

One of the most useless mosquito bats i have purchased till date. The problem is with the design and not the construction quality.It cannot be kept on battery for long as the battery is dead in a matter of hours. I am sure the battery will last much longer if i keep it switch off and only switch it on when i need to use it. However that is a stupid design.Secondly there is a mandatory torch light which is turned on in the process of switching on the bat to swat a mosquito. There is also a dedicated button for the torch. It seems to me like this device is more useful as a torch than as a mosquito bat.Lastly, it is simply too heavy to use easily.I very much prefer the other bat by Yage (YG-D005) which is much much better designed than this.
