I purchased this for my elderly mother who is partially sighted. She would not be able to use a standard smart phone but finds this so simple to use. She just has to flip it open to answer a call and press one button to call me. It has the added bonus of a SOS button which will alert me and others if she is in need of help and will even tell us where she is located. A brilliant little mobile phone which she can attach to a neck cord so she has it with her wherever she goes. It has given her peace of mind to venture into the garden again. The battery lasts around a week using the phone once a day.

The phone is brilliant but there is a faulty charger docking station.So I am having to plug the charger directly into the phone.How can I get the docking station replaced?

Unfortunately, you cannot change the background which was something my grandfather liked about his £20 Vodafone flip phone, and a Doro he had briefly (but the Doro Bluetooth didn't work with all makes of car)The battery life is good and the SOS is difficult to press accidentally avoiding false alarms, the dual screen is extremely useful though the navigation could use a little improvement. It will need to be set up by someone reasonably tech-savvy to use the SOS functionality.

WhatsApp doesn't work

very difficult to text due to size of buttons +size of screen my old Doro is a much better phone to use

Brought this for my step dad, he uses it fine, apart from whatsapp as he has no WiFi!

seems a good flip phone !! but was shocked not to have set of headphones included .
