They give enough support without impeding movement, I have large hands and they are a bit too tight in the hand area. Maybe they'll stretch a bit over time, if not I'll cut and sew something to make them. Good product for the price.

I recently had wrist surgery and with being on the computer typing all day my wrist hurts and wearing this helps my wrist. The only problem is that it can get uncomfortable after wearing it for hours and I have to take it off. It feels a little tight. But it really does help my wrist. It is made well also.
