I purchased the HexClad pan despite its high price, expecting superior non-stick performance. Unfortunately, even with limited use, food continues to stick badly. Simple items like omelettes and dosa stick to the surface, which defeats the entire purpose of buying such an expensive pan. If basic cooking results in sticking, there is no justification for the premium cost. This experience has led to a complete loss of trust in the brand. Spending so much money should guarantee performance, and this product has failed to deliver.

Pan didn’t have an original box or any documentation (warranty, how to use guide etc). I had all of this in my previous orders of HexClad, but not in this one. The pan itself is fine, but because it didn’t have an original box, just the amazon one,, I suppose, It dangled inside the box in transit and pierced it in one place with the handle

Good build quality, scratch resistant and cleans easily but not much a non stick.

I have written detailed review before but Amazon think it’s violating almost everything so I just say simple - buying this pan was experiment and result is not satisfying. No more HexClad on my kitchen.

This product has warped within 1 month of use.

I regret spending so much money on this pan. Every single thing that you try and cook in it, sticks to the pan regardless of how much oil you use. Its going into the trash and Ill take my changes with the Teflon stuff again.

It’s a fake product that you are selling. The pan is not from hex clad it’s from a brand called Flanek. Handle is different from photo of advertised product.

It is everything the ads say about it. I believe I will be happy with this pan far into the future.

This frying pan does not do what it claims .Everything sticks.Im trying to return it but the company isn’t playing ball.Might have to escalate.Don’t touch

J avais des doutes… apres tant de poeles que j ai deja essaye. Je les avais toujours que qqes mois avant d avoir les premieres griffes dedans. Pas la hexclad. Le revetement tient super bien et elle est stylish. Ne la chauffez pas trop fort. Une chaleur moyenne suffit et evite que les aliments collent

This isn’t a flimsy lightweight pan — it feels durable and designed to last. As long as you follow the recommended care (medium heat and light oil), performance has been excellent. Overall, this is a high-quality, all-purpose frying pan that performs well across a wide range of cooking tasks and is worth the investment.
