A good product we will buy again
We are happy to find Gluten Free bread crumbs that are close to a non-gluten free bread crumbs in taste and texture. As all gluten free products seem to do, they will get gummy after sitting in sauce or gravy, but if eaten right away they are comparative to regular crumbs. I like that they offer both plain and seasoned. The order came quickly once ordered so that is great too.

12 Ounce Can, Not a Bad Price but Very Gummy When Used as a Fry Coating
I guess I'm one of the few who isn't impressed with this product. The "crumbs" are tiny balls and powder- no problem there, but I found it extremely gummy in my recipes when I used it for a coating. It took some work to scrape it off the end of the spatula.We throw scraps to the crows, and I'm pretty sure they were blowing bubbles with the fried chicken leftovers. The taste is fine, and there's 12 ounces in the can, so I feel it's not a bad price for the amount you get considering its gluten free. I'm very grateful for gluten free options and would buy this again if it worked for my needs.
