This massager is powerful. Although it feels amazing you can get awfully sore if you do it too long or too hard. I do wonder if it’s good for my back or making it worse in the long run.Like most of the other models the width of the massager is too wide for me on my back and is pretty uncomfortable where it naturally sits. However you can maneuver it with the handles to get the specific spots you want to work out.The heat option stays on thru each cycle and I like that this plugs into the wall and the cord is a decent length. I’ve had a rechargeable one that didn’t work right so the massager kept going dead right away. The vibration is good and it was better priced than some of the other models like it.
