I was disappointed when The Ordinary discontinued their hemisqualane. I have fine but dense curly hair that is weighed down by every other oil, even those advertised as being “lightweight”. This is a perfect replacement. Absorbs into my hair quickly and leaves behind defined, frizz-free, shiny curls. My hair is noticeably healthier for it. One bottle lasts forever (like a year!). Highly recommend.

I was shocked how lightweight this oil is. You can definitely overdo it, but using this oil as a carrier for castor and some rosemary oil has made my hair healthier, and curlier than ever. Ive ditched almost all of my old products in favor of oil, and this one is one of the best I've found, especially at this price point. All other hemi squalene is frankly, overpriced. This one is high quality, has no obnoxious smell, and is amazingly lightweight. I have type 2C hair approximately, and it works spectacular

I use it on my hair and face. Doesn't clog my pores.

Purchased after my favorite sugar based squalane brand was discontinued and it has proven an excellent replacement. I use it for a layer of moisture on my face after other products.

I wont fully blame the product because I have skin sensitivities but this gave my skin a bad reaction... Skin was itchy, bumpy, and dry after a couple days of using it. I dont know whats breaking me out tho because Ive had facial oil from another brand that ONLY contained squaline and never had a reaction. Its also very watery and barely oil. Gave it away 👎🏼

This stuff is fantastic! I have almost finished the entire bottle and I already know I will be repurchasing it. I recently discovered that I have wavy curly hair and I wanted something to help tame some frizz. This oil has been incredible for that. I only use a few drops on the mid to ends but it does not weigh my hair down at all, and I have pretty fine hair too. It just gives my hair some more manageability. I can't recommend this product enough!

It’s good for the skin, but this “hemi” squalane did not perform as well as other hemi-squalane products. It did not feel “lighter”. It did not “absorb quickly”. In fact, it did not absorb at all. This product is basically the same as regular, 100% squalane products. Will not repurchase.
