Product worked excellently; it was soothing and quickly took away the pain. Plus, once applied topically, the product lasted fairly long. The price was much cheaper than other products, so figured I’d try it. The canker sore disappeared 2 weeks earlier than usual; however, since the product from Amazon arrived several days after its estimated arrival, I purchased abreva & another pain relief topical product. I highly recommend this item and will stock up early next time before cold/flu season.

I have used this product for over 4 years. I found it when looking for a holistic lip balm for cold sores. When used consistently it has reduced the occurrence of cold sores by 95%! Its a great lip balm as well. The cold sore treatment works quickly and efficiently to keep a cold sore from fully forming when I feel that 'tingle'.I have used other more expensive products but Hearstat Plus is my favorite. TRY HERSTAT~ Its well worth it for the health of your lips!!

I just opened this after of having it for a few days(opened 2/17 received my order like 2/14) i squeezed it and nothing came out, my husband cut open the tube and theres literally just a tiny glob (the yellow glob in the top part) luckily it was only $4 when i ordered it but theres no returns. Wouldn't recommend ordering, wouldve given a zero but 1 is the lowest

Still very painful and the product smells very strong.

If you’re looking for a natural remedy this is awesome. I try to avoid prescriptions and chemicals where possible. I loved this

I’ve used this product before and was happy with the results….helps with pain related to cold sore and helped shorten the duration the ugly thing was visible on my lip. Just disappointed that what I purchased is not what I received. I was hoping to receive the lip care stick to use while I don’t have the unsightly thing on my lip. After all, that is what is advertised in the listing.
