Good quality
The knee pads are not the thickest but they are excellent for the price. The arm pads work great and have non-slip grips.

Just not the best ok for a back up pair in a pinch
The knee pads are thin and the arms are too big for an average 13 year old. Not my best purchase but we kept them as back ups

Would not recommend
These products are sized wildly wrong. I bought a 4 pack for my volleyball team and these were too large for every girl on our team. Also, despite ordering a pack of 4 sets, by that meaning, 4 pairs of arm guards and 4 pairs of knee pads I was sent only half the order. I definitely do not recommend this product.
