Fantastic Scale Remover & Great Customer Service
I have using this Tap scale remover for many months and found it effective. Keeps taps clear and shiny and haven't observed any adverse effect on it. Very effective stain remover.This time the bottle came with a defective pump, but the seller immediately sent another bottle even without seeking return although I had offered to return. Excellent customer service..

I am really disappointed. This product is not at all effective. I was super excited when I received this product. I thought that now all my taps would shine, but in vain.

No harsh fumesNo need of hand gloves while using itRemoves mild to moderate marks.Tough marks needs some efforts, applying multiple times may get some results.Does not work well for age old water marks or lime scaling.

Good and effective on hard water stains
It’s good with no harsh chemicals. Just spray and leave for few minutes before scrubbing with a scotch brite scrub. Cleans hard water stains effectively. This is my 3rd purchase. Overall, excellent quality and value for money. The spray arm quality can be improved

Waste of Money
Just does not work. I purchased this product because it was chemical free. But the end result is not good at all.

Easy to use, does the job beautifully
I can’t believe this doesn’t use harmful chemicals and is completely plant-based.It worked so well to remove all the white-ish looking stains on all my taps and bathroom & sink accessories.I have a party this evening, and now my house looks so shiny.So easy to use.Also, makes me feel so good because it comes as a concentrate so I can keep refilling this same bottle over and over again the next time I need this.I forgot to add the concentrate bottle but it comes in a small glass reusable bottle that I can use to store my cotton buds.

Not recommended
The spray does not work . Poor design of nozzle and make . Not cleaning properly . Amazon should not encourage selling unknown products unless there is a proven track record.

Spray not working of both bottle and feel like dirty soap water
The media could not be loaded. Both the spray not working and feel that soap water and something is added feel that someone has refilled the product 🧐
