Well built, plenty of space
I purchased this item to transport my ozempic for vacation. Everything fit perfectly with plenty of extra room. I forgot to tell them I had it in my carryon on the way home and it didn't even trigger any security checks. The case is well made and thought out. I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay in the case as the ice packs are small, but I had it in there for roughly 8 hours and it was still cool, not cold.

Quality built and functional
Perfect for storing and traveling with my insulin pens. I take the ice packs out for daily storage and put them back in when traveling. I recommended this to my diabetic friend for when he traveled he would always take a small cooler.

Very well made.
I have been using this for a 2 weeks now. I like the way it's made and I like the storage areas inside. It holds 2.vials, my meter and several injection needles as well as my test strips, all with ease. The ice packs that come with it are a little less than I expected. They do not last very long. About 3 hours tops. I think that they could do better jod with them. The outside of the case gets wet while you have it with you. I also need to note that if you carry your meter, it will get it to cold to function right away you'll have to warm it up before each use . I use it now more than ever, but have found that I have to put it in a plastic storage bag to keep it from getting my leather seats wet. Overall, I like it and it works well for my needs would recommend it for short trips .

Good cooling case for everyday use and travel.
Great cooler for insulin but bigger than i needed. Zipper was smooth, color as expected, whatever is transported in it will be safe because it is a hard case.

Doesn't stay cold for very long
Not bad but realistically you get maybe 4 hours from the time you pull the packs of it the freezer. Bought it for vacation and when you factor in the time you spend at the airport, it really only can handle a 1-2 hour flight. Had to ask for ice on the plane because it just didn't last long enough

Stays cold through moderate summer heat.
I got bought this to be able to take my insulin to an upcoming wedding this month. I was able to do a test run on it for a Labor Day cookout. We were there for approximately 5 hours and when I got back home, I opened it back up and the ice packs were still frozen solid. I was kind of shocked after reading a lot of the reviews that said that the ice packs thawed too quickly. Huh? They were frozen like I had just taken them out of the freezer. So, in my experience, I kept the cooler in my purse pretty much the entire time except when I needed it. I was sitting in a shaded area and not in direct sunlight (my purse was black too), but it was about 85°, no humidity and I kept the ice packs in the plastic bags they came in. My only concern was that there was condensation on the outside of case, not much, just a little, so it is not insulated. That was the other thing that kind of shocked me since it stayed frozen the entire time. Also, I rode my scooter in direct sunlight, black purse exposed, pacing next to my husband which was about a 30 minute walk/ride. I recommend it, but I would suggest that you keep it in some kind of bag or purse if you are taking it somewhere in the summer months for extended periods of time. I am confident that I won't have any issues with it for at least 8 hours up to 12 if needed during the summer. It gives me piece of mind that my insulin will not go bad as long as I am not careless and expose it to direct sunlight. After all, it isn't insulated like a beer cooler, it has a reflective interior and the outer shell is hard and durable. I got the purple case and the color is a little darker than the picture which I hoped it would be. I am very happy with it and I wouldn't recommend putting your glucometer in the case due to the condensation build up. I carried that separately.

I purchased this to take my Mounjaro injection pen and accessories on flights and train travel. It has plenty of space for everything and keeps the pen cool all day. Easy to open and shut and it looks good.

This is a great product for anyone needing to keep their insulin or like myself their RA medication cool while traveling long distances. This pouch was large enough for me to enclose 4 epi pens plus my husband eye medication for our trip to Mexico. Unfortunately I forgot the two enclosed ice packs in the freezer were we a stayed. I am now on a search to find replacement ice packs. If anyone knows where I am able to get them please let me know Thanks
