Invincible Fitness 4-in-1 Massage Ball Set - Targeted Relief for Muscle Tension and Pain

I can say without a doubt that this is by far the best sack of balls I've ever purchased. While the well-designed box says "Invincible Fitness," I can assure you I did not feel invincible the first time I sat on one of my new balls. The big black ball penetrated deep into my hamstring, releasing tensions that I couldn't reach with regular stretching. The green spikey ball of death is good for rolling the feet out and getting in between those pesky bones. The red spikey ball is a little less intense than the green ball, and is nice for easing into a good quad massage. Like any good ballsack, there's a blue ball to be found. This blue ball is a well-rounded ball, allowing deep massages all over the body, from the calves to the quads to the shoulders. Lastly the American Flag-painted stress-releif ball is a great stress reliever while massaging. This little guy can help you take your mind off of all the other painful parts of your body while you're massaging them. Not to mention you'll be making your hands and forearms stronger in the meantime. All in all, 5 out of 5, and I'd recommend this sack of massage balls to anybody.

This is the best massage ball kit you can ever get. These balls save my life AND save me a lot of money. I'm very active person and ofetly suffer from carpal tunnel syndrom, tennis elbow and low back pain. I spent time of dollars in physical therapy and other treatments. A daily work with these ball made me pain free. Don't waste your money on other products. These massage balls are very recommended.

This is a great combo pack of myofascial release balls of various sizes and functions. I'm trying to rehab a knee injury that seems to be originating in my calf, where I've got a bunch of knots. I've been using these balls to smash and loosen up all of the junk in my calf for about a week now, and I'm already seeing great results. These were really economically priced and high quality, highly recommended if you're looking for something that'll get the job done without breaking the bank

Edit. So they had sent me a replacement even though I didn't technically request one. The new one looked much better. No dirt on it etc. The blue ball is the exact one my physical therapist gives me to use and it can get into the tight muscles to relieve pain. It's not always pleasant but the pain relief after is great. My IT band tightened so much it put to much pressure on my knee, intense pain and could barely walk. This set is the only one I could find with the bigger ball. I recommend getting the small ball at minimum and also a foam roller. I prefer the larger roller but some like the small ones better. Former review: Just got it. There's some sort of gunk on the ball that I really wanted to get. And indentations in the other, which I didn't realize was like styrofoam. The gunk and it being sealed in a bag is what really is bothering me. . idk if it's mold or what I'm concerned to open the bag.. I don't want any thing airborne. Not really sure what to do.. I wanted to use it ..

This did not work that great for me. I’m used to using a lacrosse ball and get a much better range of motion with it. I was happy that when I opened it there was no toxic smell.

Wow! I finally got my invincible fitness deep tissue massage balls! I was looking forward and waiting to get this in the mail today. The quality is A lot higher than I expected it to be. As a certified personal trainer I work with a lot of deep tissue massage equipment, foam rollers and balls. So here's my review based on my experience with similar equipment. The blue lacrosse ball which is a hard rubber ball is awesome. Not much to say about it. Personally I was never a big fan of the spike balls, but to have to that one is very firm and one is slightly softer it's very fun to use on the feet, I think I'm going to start liking these from now on. My favorite out of all the set is the big foam ball, which is slightly smaller than the commercial ones you buy at the sports store and what I like about it is that because it is smaller it is easier to dig deeper into the muscle tissues. This definitely is my favorite of all of the products. I'm definitely going to recommend this package for all my clients at my studio. Thank you invincible fitness! I ordered this set to help with loosening muscle tightness in my hip and leg after an ACL injury. The set arrived a day Earlier than promised, so that was nice. I have been using the balls successfully for myofascial release of a painful piriformis and the muscles around my knee joint. They allow me to mimic the deep tissue pressure that my physical therapist provides during appointments. I use the peanut massage ball under my ankle to prop up my leg for quad sets and passive knee extension. It also provides a great back massage with small movements while sitting in a chair or seat of a car. The price was great for a whole set of balls. I love the carry bag which allows me to conveniently travel with them. Thanks so much!

I learned about this type of ball from a physical therapist (the lacrosse ball) and from a class at my gym (the softer spiky ball). Determined that I needed to have my own at home to help with sore/tight muscles. I already own a foam roller, but that can be cumbersome and doesn't get into some of the smaller areas well (e.g. soles of feet, shoulders, neck). Hadn't heard of "Invincible" brand before, but couldn't find the brands I did know for sale online, so took a chance on this set, and I'm very glad I did. I've had this set (plus the peanut) now for 2 weeks, using them daily, and am very happy with them! They're the size and texture that I was expecting, and have worked really well so far. Of this set and the peanut, I use the lacrosse ball (the small blue ball) and the red spiky ball the most - but all are useful. Would recommend.

Exactly as advertised. All the elements are very good. The peanut roller could do with being a little bigger for me, maybe. No complaints though. Good price.

I get mid to upper back pains because I am on a computer all day. I have been using a tennis ball to try to relieve some of the stiff muscles but it was never ideal because it would deform too easily so it never put enough pressure. I decided to try the deep tissue massage bell set from Invincible Fitness and I am glad I did! I not only get a better massage effect on my back (especially around the scapula), but I now use them for my neck as well. The set comes with a bag and 2 deep tissue massage balls. The bag is a little mesh carrying bag. The 2 massage balls are made of semi-foam, but they feel like very dense and heavy rubber balls. They are very dense, so much so that it takes a lot of strength or weight to just barely deform them by a couple of millimeters. When I use one for my back, I sometimes lean against a wall to target the scapula, or lie on the floor with the ball underneath me so that I can use my weight. It is so much better than using a tennis ball! Their density ensures you get a much deeper pressure. Using this deep tissue massage ball set has been a huge step up for me. Rotating them on my neck while applying pressure, or leaning against the wall or floor for just a few tens of seconds has a very noticeable effect on loosening my back muscles.
