I have tried so many different things ( chemicals, lotions, etc ) to exfoliate my skin, and this has been the best product I have used. My skin feels so soft, and it's shocking how much comes off. I would consider the mitt "medium" abrasion. I think the type of abrasion needed depends on your skin type. I tried it on my husband's skin, and it didn't work as well as it did for mine. It didn't irritate his skin, it just didn't exfoliate much. The only area of my skin that was mildly irritated was my face, but it was not terrible. I find it works best with just plain water then adding the soap second. My main issue is the mitt is too big for my hands. It winds up slipping off most of the time. Still pleased with the product overall.

I bought one similar to this that was almost $30 about a year ago. Now Bought this one because I felt that was so over priced and clearly it was. For less than half the price I’m getting the same results.

Veryy good I’ve only used it once so far but it did get all of my dry skin off and its not that rough

I've been trying to find an exfoliating glove that actually works and this one is it. You can see and feel it actually doing the job and my skin is so soft after. I do recommend getting this one compared to others.

Dead skin doesn't come off like in the picture, but your skin is very smooth after using this and feels very exfoliated. It's a little rough, don't scrub hard.
