My order has arrived & is past the best before date! How shall I proceed?

The seller should advise if packs are very near the sell by date. Packs I have bought have gone past the sell by date because I didn’t use them promptly - I didn’t notice any difference in taste when I did use the sachets. These are vacuum packed sachets and should last a long time imo far longer than the sell by date. However if you are concerned surely the seller must refund you if you received past sell by date items and were not advised of this.

In the title it says 24 sachets but in the description it says 12 sachets. Which is it please?
