Nice taste, good value, not Keto, but not full of sugar either
Great product, nice taste. Not a Keto Poweder, but helpful for those who fast or need protein. On offer it works out a very good value. Did keep me full, however, I did *burp* a bit. The vanilla one is nice too.

Filling and tasty
Probably one of the best tasting and filling shakes I have had ! Smooth, no lumps or bits, not an overpowering flavour, just right. I found it filling and virtually doubles in volume when mixed in a blender/ bullet mixer. If I am very hungry I do add 2 raw eggs and a small banana, this really makes it thick (can’t taste the eggs). Really impressed will definitely buy again

Its okay, measurements are wrong
Maybe in the past they used a different scoop? But It says 2 scoop = 54g. I weighed it, and 1 scoop = about 30g OR 35g heaped, so 2 scoops is around 60~70g. but 1 scoop = 50ml of liquid, so I think thats what caused the confusion? Maybe they assumed 1ml=1g? This is true for converting water, but the powder probably has a different density than water, so it doesn’t convert correctly? Idk I CBA to measure each time, so I just do 1.5 scoops and hope for the best, or 1 heaped scoop and call it quits lol This doesn’t taste great with milk. I tried semi-skimmed, full milk, and soy milk. Soy milk was okay, but something about mixing this with milk seems to highlight the “artificial” flavour? IMO this tastes best with just water, and tastes best when its ice cold. I mix it using a milk frother and it blends and foams well (in both water and milk), but its a lot better if you add the powder slowly and blend as you go It still gets plenty thick with just water, but obviously gets even thicker in milk. Id say mixing with water = a milkshake. Mixing with milk = a thick shake. I don’t think this is the worlds best strawberry flavour, but its not the worst and I do enjoy it :)

Does What It Says
Back in May I had a few health conditions diagnosed and decided to take losing some weight seriously. After a little research I opted for USN to help with that. Since the 26th of May 2025 I have lost 62lbs (28kg). I have 1 shake when I wake up, and another for lunch, then my evening meal as normal. I have not felt the need to snack between meals, and I’ve been making the shakes with water instead of milk. They do make you feel full and they produce quite a thick milkshake if made with the recommended 300mls (I usually thin it out a bit more). The banana flavour is my favourite, strawberry and vanilla are both pretty nice, not a fan of the chocolate, though mixing 1 scoop of chocolate with one scoop of banana made it at least palatable to not waste an entire tub! Would definitely recommend this to anyone that’s trying to lose weight and wants to cut out snacking!

Tasty and thick
So I started the strawberry one today, made with semi skimmed milk which i will be changing to skimmed milk when I've been shopping, wished it up and it tastes lovely, really thick, only used one scoop, its obviously too early to tell if its aiding weigh loss, only time will tell. The only thing I would say is, the tub is far too big, surely could have user a smaller tub as its only half full lol.

Too sweet
The product is too sweet for my liking. I first bought vanilla and then, after reading reviews - strawberries. I cant drinking it without changing things up to reduce sweetness. I used to drink Huel, which was no where near as sweet, but had gritty texture. Unfortunately, I had to stop using it after awhile as it made me very bloated. After using USN for a few months this is what I found: Pros: the texture is smooth and flavour does not leave much aftertaste. It has Tolerase-L, which helps to digest lactose and does not trigger my IBS or gives me gas. I only take it once a day, so maybe taking it twice a day would affect my digestive system more. Cons: Veeeery sweet. I guess they make it so sweet to mask some artificial flavours. You really need to have a sweet tooth to like it. To make it more palatable for me I use 1.5 scoops instead of 2, add extra strawberries and add 100 grams of high protein cottage cheese (from Aldi). It replaces the calories and protein lost by reducing the measure by 0.5 scoop and adds extra 8 grams of protein. I blend it all in a blender till smooth consistency. It tastes like a strawberry yoghurt.

It’s not a McDonald’s milkshake kids hence the diet.
A lot of dieters complaining about taste thickness and the shake being powdery, its not a McDonald’s milkshake, it’s a diet product that’s going to help you loose weight and the flavours take the edge off ingredients that help do that. This is easily one of the best diet supplements on the market and good value tried and tested many times by myself. If it is to thick add more water, if it a bit powdery try mixing it slowly as you add the water or get a better shaker with a good vortex or a mixer ball for the cup. If you desperately don’t like it then try it with skimmed milk but water will serve your diet better and faster. If it doesn't work for you don’t give up and try something new. For those mentioning the tubs being half empty i can only assume they use the same size tubs for different amounts they sell its hardly something to loose sleep over, hope this helps some of you

Tastes like Angel Delight.
I used Asda's own Shape slim powder to lose a fantastic 5 stone. I was absolutely gutted when they discontinued it and hadn't found one similar since. (Huel is gross and gritty and I don't like Protien Works either) Bought this and I LOVE it. It tastes like Angel Delight and was skeptical as I had to add water not skimmed milk (which I suppose you can do) but, this definitely didn't need it. It doesn't taste too artificial and like the other reviews it's not too sweet. I was surprised at how thick it was but like my shakes ice cold so made it first, tasted it and then added ice and put it through the Bullet again. It's really nice, very smooth, creamy and filling. I would 100% recommend it.
