I’ve used these for a few months now & I hadn’t lost my hair. I tried another brand recently due to these going up a fair bit but I lost ALOT of my hair. I’m back on these again now there at a reasonable price again & my hairs back to normal! Definitely would recommend to new mommas!

Tastes terrible but helps with hair loss and tiredness
I got these for the Mrs. Our baby is now 5months old and mummy has been having trouble with hair loss for over a month now. We used the pregnacare vitamins while pregnant so we were keen to try these.You are meant to take with your main meal justs before or after.They are easy to swallow with liquids but they have a very strong taste and smell so orange juice or a strong flavoured juice is essential.These have lots of good nutrients and after a few weeks we are already seeing less hair breakage and also the Mrs feels more lively.Good quality and value. Great for pregnancy
Loves these tablets. I am lacking in a few things so when I was pregnant I was worried.These really boosted me up. It gave me the energy I needed for myself as well as my unborn baby.They are expensive and I have found cheaper ones out there. But for someone like me who needs the correct amount and need to make sure it is actually working.This is a product you can really trust.Some tablets are big as I hare swallowing them, wish they could be smaller but other than that they are great.

Omg I wish I had images to insert... Maybe I will update this review but what I will say is mama get onto this asap. Around 4 months postpartum all my edges said goodbye. I had no idea I had to take multivitamins and I started taking this when my child was about 10 months, when I tell you my edges waved hello again, I was so happy!! And it's helping my skin too.
