Competitive price. Good for baking when on a keto diet
When following a keto dessert recipe, often it calls for powdered erythritol. From my search this is the best price per gram available. This is a staple food item when on a keto diet particularly If you bake 'keto treats' or fat bombs regularly. On the long run it certainly pays to order this big pack as long as you have the storage in your kitchen cupboard. There is no bitter after taste and in fact it adds the same level of sweetness as if using bakers icing sugar. I have also been using it to sweeten my morning coffee when I'm out of granular erythritol and I can say they are interchangeable in terms of sweetness level

Good substitute
Really good as substitute for icing, looks and mixes like icing, down sound is, it's cold to taste and stays cold like lindt chocolate middle.

Amazing product
Use this product when making Angel food cake muffins . My husband has a sweet tooth but being diabetic can’t really eat cakes. This product enables him to have a treat without the sugar. Brilliant !!!

Where do I start?
This is no substitute for the real thing and Is definitely no good for baking! The packaging does not tell you exactly what’s in it but it tells you quite a bit about what’s not in it.The small print is difficult to find the fact that you need more of it to do the job of regular icing sugar! Even then the texture and taste is nothing like the real thing. If you are unable to eat the real thing then I would still give this a miss. If you are using to top cup cakes then at a push they would look good but not taste so good. If you are using a piping bag to decorate a cake - then be aware that whilst it may look good for an hour - gradually the icing drops as it does not stiffen like regular icing sugar. I found this out to my detriment when my masterpiece birthday cake started out with roses but ended up having to be smoothed over flat as the consistency just couldn’t hold itself together. It does actually taste like saccharin. I get the fact that a granulated sugar can be copied but icing sugar is a completely different thing and for a completely different use and this does not do the job. And at the price it is and the fact you have to use more of it - well I certainly won’t be buying it again.

Wonderful Icing Sugar alternative
Used for buttercream - as it says on the box no bitter aftertaste, wonderful in flavour and sheerness just as icing sugar - excellent product!
