Absolutely love this range of BetterYou vitamins. This Vitamin D supplement is in a small bottle, easily popped into handbags, makeup bags etc. The pump action works smoothly and reliably so far. Just one spray daily is recommended to the inside of cheek. The taste is also ok! Not too strong, in fact it’s quite pleasant and no bitter aftertaste. The delivery was super fast and the price was so much lower than from high street retailers. I would recommend this to others :). far better than tablet form for me.

Fantastic and so easy to use. Peppermint flavour very mild. For me so much easier than tablets. If course I have no idea how effective it is!

As a person with a sun allergy, my Vit D levels are much lower than the average person. Typically I'd need 20,000 IU on prescription, but while using this 365 days a year, I can keep topped up with relatively normal levels. The spray is just so convenient. I take other vitamins the same way.

I'm at drama school as a mature student and last term I was feeling INCREDIBLY burned out. I've suffered from severe burnout before from working a corporate job - i felt like my brain was stuffed with cotton wool, I had terrible brain fog, I was constantly exhausted, spending every minute of free time sleeping and still waking up exhausted, and my mood was down the toilet. Back then I went to the doctor and tested rock bottom for vitamin b12, D, ferritin and folate. I felt pretty much the same when term ended: I couldn't think clearly, I was randomly really struggling with some very basic lines, notes from directors which needed to be implemented instantly for screen was overwhelming (with stage I could at least write it down first and then take some time to process, but screen is redirection between takes, so you have to be really on it) -so I decided to take some vitamins because as an actor you NEED your brain to work so you can remember lines - you can't cruise through on autopilot or hold your brain together with post-it notes. I'm terrible with remembering to take pills but somehow these are much easier to remember to take. I take B12, D and Iron all by BetterYou. Individually the sprays taste nice, i just chuck them all down my neck at the same time and they still taste ok, even though mint (Vid D) and fruit is a little odd in terms of a combination. I've been taking them for a month and even though I'm still knackered and foggy all the time, it's not AS bad as it was. I'm feeling maybe 15-20% better I wake up with a little more pep in my step, my weekends aren't wasted being a slug in bed, my mood has definitely improved (although I think that's also to do with having a 5 week break). Vitamin deficiences take time to build back up - 3-6 months so I think I'm on track to being a functional human again.

That is a great product, easy to use, effective and of high quality. This is probably one of the best vitamin D3 supplements.

J’ai commandé ce spray de vitamine D3 à 1000 IU pour éviter les comprimés et faciliter l’apport quotidien en hiver. Le format spray est très pratique : un simple geste dans la joue, sans avaler de pilule, avec un goût menthe léger et agréable , mais à ne pas prendre à n'importe quel moment justement à cause de ce goût mentholé. Le flacon de 15 ml contient l’équivalent d’environ trois mois d’utilisation à une dose quotidienne, ce qui le rend économique. L’emballage est sobre mais solide, et il est facile à transporter et à ranger. La fabrication au Royaume-Uni offre un gage de qualité et de traçabilité, ce qui m'allait bien. Au niveau des effets, un bon confort global sans effet secondaire discernable. Les points qui pourraient être améliorés : la notice est assez succincte En conclusion c'est une excellente solution pour ceux qui préfèrent éviter les gélules ou comprimés : dosage précis, ingestion agréable et bonne efficacité pour entretenir les niveaux de vitamine D. Idéal pour un usage longue durée à un bon rapport qualité-prix.

I don't know how I could ever go back to taking vitamins the old fashioned way. The flavor is fine and the not having to gag on pills is life changing! Finally, I'm getting my vitamins. Thank you, Better You, for making a decent spray!

I normally get my vitamin D naturally through the sun for at least seven months out of the year. But as soon as autumn arrives, the sun is not powerful enough to give me the vitamin D my body needs. This is a problem for me as I don’t like taking oral supplements because you have to eat a rather large meal for the oral vitamin D to adequately absorb into your body. So this is why I choose ‘transdermal’ vitamin D, as it gets absorbed faster upon skin contact. The Better You Dlux vitamin D spray is both efficient and convenient. After using it for several weeks, my body’s energy levels have increased and my fatigue is starting to disappear. My mood has also uplifted and the sadness I usually feel in winter has gone away. Though, I still have yet to get my blood tested to see if this product has raised my levels into the ‘normal’ range. Yet for the short term, I have definitely noticed a positive improvement in my overall health and it is even helping me to combat my insomnia which is due to low vitamin D levels! This product is pleasant to use and has a very nice minty taste that is not too sweet nor bitter. I also like the ease of application. I spray it directly underneath my tongue and keep it there for 20 seconds and swallow. Afterwards, you’ll start to feel the sensation of this vitamin D do its work! Best of all, this product contains approximately 100 doses of spray. This bottle will last for a solid three months if you use just one spray each day. I highly recommend this vitamin D as it’s affordable, effective and very easy to use! I will definitely be buying more!
