Used item sent bought for New price!

I love Liz Climo products. But I ordered this item and I think it’s already been used. I wouldn’t have minded buying a used item although, I bought it thinking it was new at the new price. The magnets have what I think are food stains and the box is all bashed and torn. Little disappointed in the standard of buying what I thought was ‘new’. But I still love the product, at least it is something I can fix by cleaning!
