After purchasing many creams over the years, top branded and expensive I decided to try something different. I turned to Amazon and went through many brands and read the reviews and saw that this seem to be a clear winner in terms of 5* Ratings. I have only been using it for a few days but my face is "drinking" this serum and can see a marked improvement in terms of my face feels fresher, smother and no more dry T-Zone - that's how good it has been. Well worth the money, good size glass bottled pump (you need to pump it several times she first using it to release the serum) no greasy residual, no perfume smells, no feeling like I can't move my face (I've had one serum from a well known designer brand that I felt like this - sticky and tacky for ages) So go for it, I did and so pleased I did too. (Using in conjunction with the eye cream and the moisturiser)

I had pasty ravished skin from taking medication for 5 yrs for my illnesses and I decided to try something new as the moisturises I could afford sit too heavy on my skin and don't give the results I wanted. I knew I wanted to try this type of serum but there are so many out there. I came across purorganica' serum and it was very highly rated. But what helped me make the final decision to use purorganica's serum instead of any of the many other company's out there is that I had previously already tried their scar treatment earlier this summer with fantastic results. So as I'm short on beauty funds being a mum of 2 boys I had to give Purorganica serum ago above the rest as the reviews were good, I trusted the company and I couldn't afford to buy something that might not work. 2 days in I am amazed at the luminosity my skin has already taken on. Instead of waking up to grey tired unloved skin I looked in the mirror and was so happy to see a face I'd not seen for a long time. My lines on my forehead from frowning when I'm in pain have faded out you can see the edges still if u know what I mean but the middle of my forehead looks totally quenched and fresh and lines have really faded. I look like I have had a really good detox facial. The open pores on my chin have disappeared. My skin looks healthy again which is what I was hoping for. I did put more than the 1 squeeze it suggests on the bottle but that's only because my skin was so unloved It wouldn't spread without using a few good squeezes so wether that makes a difference I don't know but this is a really big bottle at a reasonable price so I really don't mind. I'm so happy I chose Purorganica over the rest. I'm very excited to see the results after a few weeks in.

Having turned 60 and spent the last 20 years or so spending a fortune on various serums and creams for my dry and sensitive skin I had stopped buying them as no matter how expensive or well endorsed they did nothing special. I found this serum whilst searching for another product and was attracted by the reviews and the reasonable price. I have always worked in medical profession and am sceptical of the claims made by cosmetic companies regarding what their products can achieve. Although I do not believe lines and wrinkles can ever be effectively reversed I do believe retinol and hyaluronic acid can have positive effects on the appearance of the skin. It is still to early to see a long term effect, hence 4 stars for now, but my skin certainly seems smoother and my regular moisture cream seems to work better on top of it. It is thin in texture, as serums usually are, but it is pleasant to use (not as sticky as some) and has a lovely light smell and has not caused any irritation. I shall continue to use it and if anyone stops me to remark how wonderful I look I shall add a 5th star!

This serum is great to use. It is absorbed easily and moisturises well. Felt it did my skin good.

I purchased this item because I have read that hyaluronic acid is a very good moisturiser, I have been using this product for the past couple of days, both in the morning and evening. The serum itself comes out of a pump, it has a texture close to watered down aloe vera gel and has a really faint scent. After applying the serum to my face there is a slight tingling sensation, I'd like to think it's the serum working in lightening speed but it's more likely that the serum is drying on the skin. I can't really judge on the effectiveness of the moisturiser just yet, i'll have to come back and update my review for that, but I do feel that it has slightly started to soften and even out my skin tone. I will continue using the product and update my thoughts in this review within a fortnight. It has been almost 2 weeks since my last review, and I have good news and bad news. Good news is that I really feel like my skin has become softer yet "firmer", and it really has evened out my skin tone. Bad news is that I feel like I need to apply it more often to actually feel like it's having an effect. I went from applying it twice daily to three times daily, each time I'm pumping at least four times, which means i'm running out of of the serum faster. Although I do quite like the product, I am still a undecided as to whether I'll order it again.

Clear instructions, easy to use, small amount goes a long way so lasts ages. Great product.
