Q: For those without fans situated in the top two slots - what is the dust accumilation like given there are no dust filters on the top of the case.

Hi Nick I run this tower with one front fan ,two back and one bottom and the top never has a dust problem . I get more coming in the side vents and the power supply grill on the bottom always has some gunk in it.P.S I live with two long haired cats

There are so many places for fans in this case, I seriously don't think anyone would have trouble fitting them wherever they want. I fitted one extra fan from an old PC and no matter what I throw at it, the case stays completely cool, even in the hot weather we've had this year. I think you could fit the second fan in the front but don't think you would actually need to as there are so many other options. There are two fans supplied with the case which do a pretty good job - I only put the extra one in because I didn't want to throw it out. I'm running a quad i5 3570 CPU @ 3.4GHz, Radeon HD 7900 gfx card, two internal 1 TB hard drives plus an external, using the PC for games and graphics and it has had no problems at all - coming up for its first birthday in a month. Hope that helps.

Q: Does the case include motherboard standoffs and the little thing used to screw them in?

Yes, the motherboard standoffs are actually built-in and the necessary screws are all included. The advantage of having the standoffs as part of the case is that it is far less fiddly to attach the motherboard than it would be otherwise.
