Finally found my go-to Omega 3
I’ve tried a few different fish oil supplements, but I’m really happy with this one. It’s been a game-changer for me. The triple strength is noticeable because I feel like I’m getting a solid dose of Omega 3 without having to take a ton of pills.I’ve been taking these for a couple of months now, and I’ve noticed my focus at work has improved. I’m often glued to a computer screen, so supporting my brain health is super important to me. Plus, I’ve been dealing with some dry eyes, and since I added this to my routine, they seem to be much better.The softgels are easy to swallow and I don’t get any fishy aftertaste, which is a big win. The price feels pretty reasonable considering the quality. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but I’m okay with it since it truly feels like I'm getting good value. If you’re on the fence about Omega 3s, I say give this one a shot. It’s made a nice difference for me.
