I notice that this has "natural flavours" - does anyone know what flavours are added bc with the original Stevia concentrate, it was simply that?

I didn't feel flavours, but just a sweetness that ends up with a very tiny bitterness. But it is almist invisible. Obviously stevia doesn't taste like sugar, but it is a good substitute.

What is quilla extract that is listed on the ingredients list?

I don't know, maybe they mean quillaia extract. I found the taste of this extremely unpleasant, it is still in a cupboard somewhere.

does this product contain alcohol?

this product contains no alcohol it is what it says it is used by my husband because he is diabetic it was on a programme on tv called contravercial lwhen a doctor was recommending it he has been using it for over twelve months you only need a couple of drops in your tea or coffee
