Very prompt delivery. Oil is fantastic! Both myself and my mother have noticed positive changes since using it (I suffer with acne and my mother has joint pain and frequent heartburn). It's still early days but the changes are noticeable after only 4 days. We both take 1 teaspoon of oil a day and I apply it directly to my skin. The taste is fairly pleasant, almost like peppery olive oil. We've already ordered more!

Its says Fresh oil which doesnt mean anythingI bought this oil thinking it was a cold pressed oil I wont buy again !

Good quality product. I have been taking between one and three teaspoons daily and I have found that this 'forced' me to cough up more mucus than usual after a cold. I had to stop taking for a while because this 'forced' coughing/expectoration was a bit too aggressive and I even had a little touch of blood in the phlegm. I plan to resume taking the black seed oil when I have coughed up all of the mucus naturally. My asthma (in my case caused by too much mucus in lungs due to allergens) has definitely gotten better. I have halved the amount of steroid inhaler I take for a number of days now with no ill effects. Note that I have also been taking extra Viridian zinc, Slow Mag magnesium, Swiss vitamin C, Centrum multi vitamin, and Maxx Labs vitamin D3 + K2 drops, and Boots vitamin B complex. I'm pleased with the overall results in reducing my asthma symptoms considerably. I'll post on here later if I manage to completely eliminate steroidal inhalers. (I had been taking way too much Ventolin for at least 15 years on its own before taking steroids in the last 6 months or so. Poor medical care if you ask me.)

I cannot say enough good things about this oil. It has very strong healing properties. I brought it in my last trimester of pregnancy, I massaged it over my chest and back and it brought great relief from aches and pains. After pregnancy I would drink a tea spoon in the morning on days I’m feeling very groggy and tired, it was like having a coffee without the shaky feeling.

Brought this for my daughter & she loves it. She uses it on her skin,but it can be used in cooking as well.

This black seed oil is not stong at all. Compared to the others i have used. Had to order another make. So use this external for the hair.

Fantastic stuff, can be used in a variety of ways. I have been using this on my skin daily and the results have been remarkable. My other half takes this orally for a bad stomach and has noted it to be beneficial in reducing symptoms rapidly.

Told to take 1 pill of black currant seed oil today but upset both me and my husband's stomach. However this topical on the skin is amazing. I mix it with other facial products so my face isnt so oily (I have very oily skin so many others could use it straight).. Best results of products much higher priced

Very happy with this oil. It helped me get through spring allergies without having to resort to conventional allergy medicines.I'm now trying it for my fall Ragweed allergies. So far so good.
