Seem to work well. Has vegetable blend also which is the reason I choose these over the thousands of other multivitamins on market

I've been using these for about 3 years. I am a woman, but chose these because they have the vitamins and minerals that I want and do not have the ones that I do not want. Wish they weren't so big. Home delivery is a big plus.

Just for you Men.....
Seems like a really good product.But hard to tell so far...tablets chunky and not capsule type...I just swallow with glass of milkHad product from this mfg before seems good quality.... Just go for it......

Out of date products,
I was sent 1 a day vitamins with with an expiry date that run out at the end of the month. I can't return the items which is unacceptable.
